Services to Youth

The Links, Incorporated created its first program facet, Services to Youth, to encourage and equip black youth to use their intellect and spirit of achievement to become successful and productive citizens.

The Arts

The goal of The Arts facet is to increase and expand art activity and creative expression throughout black communities. Through this facet, the Chapter creates and supports art-related educational opportunities for minority youth and supports performances by youth and accomplished professional artists in various disciplines.

National Trends and Services

The National Trends and Services facet addresses social inequities that persist in black communities throughout the United States.The Links, Incorporated is committed to raising awareness about economic, health, social justice, and other barriers that affect the quality of life for African Americans and people of African ancestry.

The International Trends and Services facet offers services and delivers transformational programs to people of African ancestry in local and global regions so that they may have a better quality of life.

Health and Human Services

The Links, Incorporated established the Health and Human Services facet in response to the chronic health disparities that persist in black communities and result in the decreased life expectancy of African Americans and other people of African ancestry.

National HBCU Initiative

The goal of the National HBCU Initiative is to implement and increase the retention and graduation rates of students attending HBCUs. While emphasizing the relevance of HBCUs’ past, present and future, this initiative strives to create synergy and complement program initiatives already underway at schools.
