Monday Morning Inspiration

Good Morning My Beautiful Link Sisters,
As always, I hope your week is off to an amazing start! I heard a comment at church today that I knew immediately it was a must-share. “Fear can ride with you but don’t let it stop you.” I thought about it for a second and thought back to times when some of life’s decisions were difficult because of fear and lack of courage to tackle what I was faced with. I would venture to say that most of you have all faced fearful or seemingly overwhelming situations. Situations when you were not quite sure what to do or you knew what to do but you were afraid to take that next step. You were apprehensive about that next step even though you knew it was your destiny to take it.
Succumbing to fear can cause you to step off of the path that God has paved for you. Fear can cause you to look back and say “if only I had done what I knew I was called to do.” If I had followed my heart and not allowed the fear in my mind to stall me.”

Do not paralyze yourself and keep yourself away from your assignments and destiny. Do not miss what God has for you because of fear or apprehension. Look at you now. While you might still have moments of fear, just think about the fear and obstacles that you have conquered. You have more life to live and more accomplishments to experience both personally and professionally. Remember fear might ride with you but don’t let it stop you. As I am writing, I thought of something that I want to share with you. “Fear can ride with you but don’t let it drive.” No matter what, keep the wheel and allow God to lead you. No matter what, keep praying. No matter what, don’t succumb to the fear. Remember, no matter what, God is in control at all times, even the times when it seems difficult, he’s there.
Today’s Prayer God, I thank you for this day. I thank you for the opportunity to wake up this morning. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you by serving your people. Help me to always allow you to lead and guide me to my destiny. When I allow fear and doubt to creep in help me to never let it take control. Help me to never allow it to stop me. Help me to never let it drive. God, help me to follow the path that you created for me because I know where you lead, I will be assured that it is the best course for me. Lead me and guide me always and grant me the wisdom to know when it is you. When you are in the midst, I know I have no reason to fear. I love you and I will always lean and depend on you. In your precious son, Jesus’ name, Amen.
Today’s Scriptures “So do not fear, for I am with you: do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
