Monday Morning Inspiration
Good Morning My Beautiful Link Sisters,
What a great day this is! We have another opportunity to celebrate Dr. King’s life and legacy. It is hard to believe that it has been a year since I shared “Because He Had A Dream.” I am certain that we are all very grateful that God gave Dr. King his dream. The dream that led to us having the opportunities and freedoms that we have today.
Link Sisters, do you have a dream? Do you have a dream that you would like to see fulfilled? Maybe a dream of being in a different profession or a dream of living somewhere different? Maybe a dream of helping those coming behind you to succeed? Maybe a dream about the legacy you would like to live on through your children? Do you have a dream?
If you do have a dream that you think is critical for you and others, I am to challenging you to pray about your dream and ask God to lead you to all that you need to make your dream a reality. If you have not written your dream on paper, take the opportunity to do it now. I am joining the challenge and maybe we can share them with each other in the future. Who knows, maybe we can assist each other in achieving our dreams and ambitions.
Remember you never get too old to dream. You never get too old to lead. You never get too old to succeed.
Because he had a dream, we can live our dreams and encourage others to do the same. Because he had a dream, we can serve as examples, role models, and even dream makers.
Let’s keep his dream alive! Let’s not let it die.

Good Morning God. Thank you for allowing us to wake up this morning to celebrate Dr. King’s birthday, his life, and his legacy. God, we thank you for sending him to intercede and fight for our freedoms. Please lead us and guide us to the ways that we can keep his dream alive. Help us to never forget how we got where we are today and help us to remember to pull others forward with us. Help us to know who to help, when to help them and how to help them. God, it is our desire to do your will and leave no one behind that you put in our paths to assist. We will pull them forward with us just as Dr. King did. Just show us how and give us the strength and resources to do it. We love you God and we can never thank you enough for allowing us to live our dreams. Because we are living our dreams, we are keeping Dr. King’s dream alive. We love you and will follow you. In your son, Jesus’ name, Amen.
